You do not need to pay any type of fee in order to reserve any amenity

Your reservation is automatically accepted. You will be able to view your event as soon as you press save.

In order to reserve and amenity, you will need log in to Reserve My Court. (https://login.reservemycourt.com/login)

You will need to go to Reserve My Court and create an account on the log in page. Once you have done that, you will need connect to a club. For Wild Meadows, you will need to connect to "Wild Meadows-Cumming"

Wild Meadows, along with several hundred other association in Georgia, uses RMC in order to manage amenity reservations. RMC allows for people outside of Wild Meadows playing with ALTA or other groups, to join our club and see/reserve courts for tennis matches. This allows better communication for all and also a greater visibility of the calendar.

Assessment invoices will be sent out in December 2024. 2025 Annual Assessments are due by April 1st. Any payments paid after the 1st of April are subject to a $100 late fee. Payment plans can be arranged with our property manager. Please note, late fees and/or interest may be applied to any payment plans as the board decides.

If you have never logged on or do not know your email, you can go to the login page for the portal and then click "Request Access". Once you fill that out it will either send you a link if we have your email on file or send the property manager an email letting them know you want access. They will verify homeownership and status and then respond back to your request with in 24 hours.

Yes. On the Login Screen, there is a link labeled 'Forgot your Password?'. Click on that. On the next screen, either enter your name as if appears in the profile or enter your email address as it appears in the profile. NOTE: The 'Forgot my Password' function will not work unless you have a valid email address listed in your User Profile.
 

You can email our property manager at WildMeadows@CummingHomePM.com or submit a maintenance request on property management portal and it will get answered as soon as possible! You can also ask a general question on the community message board!

You can find most HOA documents on our property manager's portal under shared documents. If you are looking for something in particular and you can not find it, please reach out to our property manager and they will happy to either point you in the right direction or email you a copy.

Please email WildMeadows@CummingHomePM.com and let our property manager know where you live and you have lost your key card. Extra key cards and replacement key cards are $10 per card. This is to cover the cost of the card that the association has already paid for. Key cards can be picked up at the office or mailed to your house.

Please email WildMeadows@CummingHomePM.com and let our property manager know where you live and you do not have any key cards. Our property manager will assist you on getting a key card. New homeowners get one free key card. All extra key cards cost $10. if you are a renter, please reach out to your landlord to coordinate getting a replacement card.

While you do not have to use Red Oak for trash collection, the community has a contract in place where Wild Meadows Residents save $30 per quarter. You will need to set up trash with Red Oak Sanitation directly if you have any questions.
